A double drum winch operation applications
A double-drum winch has two drums. One is wound in the forward direction, and the other is wound in the opposite direction. When the winch rotates forward, the main drum will raise the winding rope. A double drum winch structure design
The main components of the double-reel winch are motor, reducer, main reel, auxiliary reel, control, etc. These components are installed on the main shaft. The main shaft is a better rigid component. It not only protects and supports, but also bears all the weight. The double-reel winch has a main reel mounted on the right side close to the motor, and an auxiliary reel on the left side, corresponding to an operating device and a steel rope guide.
The electric control system of the double drum hoist winch is controlled by PLC. The control system can switch resistors with speed regulation. We can consider the long-term safety production and energy saving requirements. This electronic control system is upgraded to a variable frequency speed control system on the original basis.
