Customization Solution Design

Aicrane’s project consultant and engineers collaborated closely with the client to identify their unique needs. Following a thorough assessment, our crane engineers recommended an AQ-HD single girder overhead crane with a 20 ton lifting capacity and a maximum lifting height of 6 meters. Spanning the entire workshop length, it featured a European standard wire rope electric hoist as its lifting device to handle heavy loads. The three-in-one variable frequency motor ensured smooth crane operation.

20 ton Birdge Crane Manufacturing Process

Our proficient production team produced the overhead crane 20 ton using materials with great quality for durability. The main girder, made from carbon structural steel, adhered to European FEM standards for box girder structural design. Precision welding, facilitated by a dual-gun gantry welding machine, ensured minimal deformations and optimal girder alignment.

Using a large floor boring machine, the end beam underwent a single-pass machining process, ensuring dimensional accuracy and fit tolerance. The wire rope electric hoist, adhering to FEM design standards, incorporated frequency conversion speed regulation for impact mitigation and precise positioning.

Technical Parameters of the 20 ton Overhead Crane

The AQ-NLH 20t overhead crane features advanced remote control capabilities and exceptional lifting capacities. The 20t bridge crane has a 23.5 meter span, a 12 meter lifting height, and an A5 duty cycle. It is used in the customer’s warehouse to handle heavy materials from one place to another as required.

Installation Process

As the customer required, we sent our installation engineer to the site for the guidance. With our engineer’s professional guide, these two overhead cranes were installed safely and quickly. After finishing installing the cranes, our engineer also help them did the commissioning to ensure the good performance of the overhead cranes.
