Operation of gantry crane types

The electric hoist gantry craneis used in conjunction with the electric hoist. It is a small and medium-sized crane with rail operation. Its lifting weight is 3~16 tons. The span is 12~30 meters. The working level is A3~A5. The working environment temperature is- 25℃~40℃. It is a general-purpose crane, mostly used for loading and unloading or handling materials in open spaces and warehouses.

The single girder gantry cranehas two types of ground operation and cab operation. It is composed of a gantry, a cart operating mechanism, a trolley, and electrical equipment. The gantry adopts a box-shaped single beam structure, and the cart operating mechanism can use two wheels with drive and four-wheel drive. The conductive form of the crane is divided into cable drum and safe power supply sliding contact line. It can also be equipped with a variety of special spreaders for special operations.

The common gantry cranehas the advantages of reasonable structure, compact size, light weight and small wheel pressure. It is suitable for lifting operations in different occasions such as machinery manufacturing workshops, assembly, stockyards, warehouses, etc. It is not suitable for use in flammable, explosive and corrosive media environments. 2. The end beam is a torsion-resistant welded box beam structure.
3. In the later process of the main end beam connection, we use the process of laser calibration and sinking of the connection plate. We use high-strength bolt connection to ensure rigidity and accuracy, eliminate all stress and deformation in the manufacturing process at one time. It can ensure the accuracy of the end beam connection. The parallelism of the end beams ensures the accuracy and smooth operation of the crane.
4. The design of the hoist trolley can reduce the working dead zone of the crane and save your working space to the greatest extent.
5. The web is blanked by the CNC cutting machine, without butt welds, which ensure the smooth formation and accuracy of the crown curve.
6. The main welding seam adopts submerged arc automatic gantry welding and non-destructive flaw detection.
