How To Install Double Girder Overhead Cranes?

 

Installation

The installation of the crane is performed according to the agreement signed by the buyer and the seller. We can provide installation services or guidance services, and the cost is negotiated and determined by the buyer and the seller.

When installing a crane, the operator is supposed to pay attention to safety. There should not be anyone under the parts of the crane when these components of the crane are lifted to the bearing beam.

After the crane is installed, perform the initial trial operation of the crane. Rectify and debug the non-conforming items to meet the requirements of crane use and relevant crane standards.

How Do You Operate A Double Girder Bridge Crane?

Before Operation

Check the brake, hook, wire rope, security devices and other parts of the crane. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be excluded.
The operator must turn on the main power supply after confirming that there is nobody.

After Operation

The hook of the crane should be raised to a certain height, the trolley and the crane need to be parked in the specified position. Besides, the handle of the brake should be in the “zero” position. Finally, the operator must pull down the switch handle of the protective box to cut off the power.

How To Maintain Double Girder Cranes?

Maintenance Of Running Mechanism

• Focus on whether there are water and oil into the electric motor. Ensure that the observation hole and junction box of the motor are tightly covered. It is required that the operating voltage is not lower than 85% of the rated voltage.
• Equipment lubrication can expend the serve life of each part of the crane, so the lubrication work is very important. In addition, the crane wheel flange wear can not exceed 50% of the original thickness. If the wheel gets heavy wear, the operator needs to replace it in time.

Maintenance Of Lifting Mechanism

• The staff needs to clean the hook and wire rope of the double girder bridge crane regularly, and add lubricant in time, inspect and maintain the devices frequently. In accordance with the safety regulations of the lifting equipment, check whether the crane meets the safety technical requirements and test whether the performance is normal.
• Regularly check crack of the pulley to ensure that it meets the requirements of the lifting equipment. If the problem is serious, it should be repaired or replaced in time. If the screws and bolts are loose, the wear degree is supposed to be tested.

Daily Maintenance

• Ensure the cleaning of the equipment and electric appliances and other parts of the double girder overhead crane. Check the bolt connection of each equipment and strengthen the loose parts.
• Ensure the degree of lubrication of various components, especially the lubrication of metal parts.
• Check the temperature and operation of the motor, reducer and other components to ensure that the motor does not exceed 80% of the rated power during operation.
