Aicrane project case news coming! Recently, a 5 ton overhead crane provided by us has been completely installed and used in Saudi Arabia, and it is used in our customer’s glass manufacturing and processing workshop to handle heavy materials as from one position to another.
Cooperation Process with the Customer
- Initial needs: This customer is engaged in the glass products manufacturing and processing business, he needed an overhead crane to lift and move heavy loads in their workshop, then he searched the keyword overhead crane on Google and found our website, he checked our web pages and sent us an inquiry about a 5 ton overhead crane.
- Communication and solution providing: Upon receiving the inquiry, our project consultant contacted the customer rapidly to understand all their lifting needs and actual work conditions. After thorough communication, we knew clearly about the requirements, and finally our engineer provided the AQ-HD European standard 5 ton overhead crane solution for the customer to meet all their work needs, and the crane with the span of 15m and lifting height of 5m.
- Solution and order confirming: We sent our solution to the customer and explained all the design details and the customer was satisfied with out solution and confirmed the order quickly.
- Crane production and delivery: After signing the contract and receiving the advance payment, we arranged the production rapidly to ensure the timely manufacturing. Upon finishing the crane production, we did the tests and arranged the shipping issues to deliver the products to the destination.
- Installation and Commissioning: As for the overhead crane installation, the customer’s team installed them with our online guidance and the whole process went smoothly.
Our Visiting the Customer in Saudi Arabia
After the customer using the single girder 5 ton overhead crane for some time, our team went to Saudi Arabia to visit the customer’s workshop to know the crane operating conditions, the customer told us it works efficiently and reliably, greatly improving their productivity and efficiency.
