20 Ton Overhead Crane for Manufacturing Industry in Uzbekistan

Recently, a 20 ton double girder overhead crane provided by our company has been completely installed in our customer’s workshop in Uzbekistan, used for handling heavy materials as required. Follow us to know details about this project case now.

Customer industry: Manufacturing – paper production, corrugated cardboard production and box production;
Crane parameters: AQ-NLH type 20 ton overhead crane with span of 16.5m, lifting height of 9m and A5 ground operation + remote control;
Crane features: European standard overhead crane, frequency conversion for the whole crane, double speed;
Installation location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan;
Installation time and cycle: August 24, 2024, lasting 15 days;
Installation method: Customers install it themselves with our online guidance;
Application: Used in manufacturing workshop.

Crane Products Manufactruing and Delivering

This overhead crane was manufactured with high quality materials, and we have strick quality control and management system to ensure the reliable quality and performance. After finishing the crane manufacturing, we did the checks to make sure all the components meet the standards and requirements.

In order to facilitate the products delivery with container, the main beams of the double girder eot crane was cut into two pieces to suit the container’s loading needs. Our shipping department took charge of the whole delivering issues, like booking containers and preparing documents and other materials. All the products were shipped to the destination on time without any damages.

Currently, the whole crane has been completely installed and tested by the customers with our guidance in their workshop. We will keep following up the crane working conditions and staying in touch with our customers.
