Gantry Crane Model Choosing
Our Indonesia customer Richard contact us through sending quotation request from our website. He mention that he needs a gantry crane that can handle precast concrete components safely in his factory. After few rounds of discussion, our engineer recommend him our AQ-MH model gantry crane. This model is single girder gantry crane with 10 ton lifting capacity hoist. It moves on the rails which can help to keep the gantry crane stable during operation.
Production and Shipment Process
Richard accepted our recommendation and our factory began to product the gantry crane. The production phrase lasts for about one month. During the production process, our sales manager keep sending the images of gantry crane components in factory once they are produced.
All of the components are wrapped in bubble wrap and loaded onto truck before shipment. The wrap can help to prevent the damage during transportation. The other accessories are wrapped in PP woven bags and then put into the wooden box for shipment.
Installation and Commissioning
The gantry crane arrived at its destination on time. Our engineer helped to guide the installation process. Every part of the gantry crane is installed properly. The worker in the factory use the sling to attach the concrete component to the gantry crane hoist and then lift it.
